My comment in the Kyiv Post.

I am attempting to explain and show what the ROOT CAUSE is of Yanuks current dictatorial gov't and the illegal control it has, and the opposition and people can and must stop him......

I am posting every thread in attempting to get everyone's attention.......and thank you ,,,I got a response from you.

This is the reason why I think the illegal voting is so important.

To make a comparison.......

If the police observed a bank robbery in progress,,,,and did nothing, saying,,lets wait until someone phones in,,,,,THEN we will come back and try to find the criminals......

If the police observed a hit and run accident,,,and said, lets go, and we will return later to investigate the accident......

In each case, the police had the opportunity to stop the crime,,,,but ignored the situation...

This exctly is the same situation with the illegal voting, whether Por or any party......

A crime is being commited by passing an laws illegally ,,,that has grave consequences....(eg , change constitution, judges, etc ,you know the rest)....
And no one tries to stop this piano voting....
..Therefore the cause of the crime has to be stopped, ie the illegal piano voters.

The constitution Article 84 states,,,,,"a member must vote IN PERSON'

If this is ignored,,,,,then Ukraine's democracy and futur is doomed!!! and will only get worse.

This voting is the foundation of ANY democracy.

Change MUST START IN THE RADA.....before more repressive laws become 'legal' (ha) ; and they do.

I agree, Yulia, is no angel,,,,but the fact is she deserves an honest and fair trial......but hers is a Stalin show trial.

Her case is a smoke screen....nothing, in Ukraine, will change is she in convicted or aquitted. Yanuk has taken control of the prosecutors and judiciary,,,by changing laws with his illegal piano voting.......and he DOES AS HE WANTS....THE LAWS HE PASSED ILLEGALLY IN THE RADA ,says he can do as wants to.

Therefore all the readers , and you and I, complaining about the unfair trial Julia is getting means ..NOTHING.

If, as you say....many Rada lawmakers piano vote,,,,,then they should ALL BE STOPPED AND ARRESTED.

As I said in other posts.....there is a CAUSE and a SYMPTOM.

The cause has to be fixed and stopped,,,,trying to fix the symptom (Julias unfair trial, BSFleet, unfair tv liscencing,etc)
is not possible,,it is too late.

The horses have already run out of the barn,,,it is no point in closing the barn door now!!

I have gotten your attention, my friend, so now if we can convince others , where the root of the problem is.....then positive change can begin.....it is not easy.....but has to begin with stopping the illegal piano voting.

I ask everyone...KP, other media , other readers,,,,,to do an expose on the ROOT CAUSE of Yanuks unstoppable dictatorial power.

IT MUST START IN THE RADA,,,

WITH THE CONSTITUTION,,,THE FOUNDATION OF UKRAINE, to continue as a DEMOCRAY.

If...one man = one vote IN PERSON,,,,,is ignored,,,,,then all is lost.....

Plain and simple....

LETS NOT LET THAT HAPPEN.......

The problems I see in Ukraine are little different to those that I see in other countries. The Parliamentarians are either part of the oligarchy or are beholden to the oligarchy in a number of ways that cause them to act often in a way not beneficial to the ordinary guy in the street, his wife and family. This system is clled "democracy". There are other countries that are open dictatorships. In these countries they also do not govern to the benefit of their citizens, but to serve their own families and cronies personal enrichment, perhaps coupled to a political dogma (Norht Korea, Cuba etc).

I believe that ever widening gap between the rich and the poor is unsustainable. Politically inspired street manifestations are occuring everywhere in the world and I fear a form of social revolution on a global scale will occur if the ruling elite to do not change their ways.
