Register a complaint in Ukraine

Hello,
I'm looking for people living in Ukraine cause I need informations about legal system over there.
I'm french living in France and I had a financial problem with an Ukrainian woman. I would like my money back but she is gone back in Ukraine. I can go there but I'm searching for the maximum of informations before doing anything.

It seems to me that if the problem happened in France then the French authorities should start the process. Ukraine won't start the process if it happened some where else.

I don't think French authorities will or can do anything! they are absolutelly incompetent. Furthermore the person is probably in Ukraine right now.
No way to do anything in Ukraine????

Based on my experiences I'd say that it won't do any good to attempt anything in Ukraine. France is where the crime took place not Ukraine. IF the French want to extradite them back to France from Ukraine then they will.

But there must be suffencient proof to warrant that. You know how the law and government wants everything in place befgre proceding.

AKMIKE is right. How come you think French incompetent???? what the case how she took money from you? She must be living with you as mistress or Woman in love and then she got some part of your business. When you enjoy a ******* woman---then there is a price to pay. smile
