What is happening to Tymoshenko?

Just less then half a year ago ex – Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko in my opinion was a strong woman, quite a perspective politician. Yes, I really treated her personality with respect. But after her defeat in presidential election she turned to be an absolutely different person. Look, first there were strange lawsuits, then those smoke bombs in Verkhovna Rada (Supreme Council of our country) and finally, yesterday I heard from my pal that people from Tymoshenko’s surroundings enlisted some Ukrainian nationalists to carry out numerous subversive acts in Kiev which they had planned before… All the more, they say that the three stuffed with explosives cars which ordinary people had accidentally found in Kiev were also Tymoshenko’s people doings. God, what is she doing? What happens to this smart lady!? Is her lust for power so strong really that she is ready to destroy everything in a flash of a moment to destroy everything even by acts of terrorism? It does seem to be so now! Well actually there is no wonder now that so many Tymoshenko’s supporters have decided to leave her political party. Evidently they don’t want to take part in this new Tymoshenko’s “evil policy”.

It is truly hard to believe that you were a Tymoshenko supporter once. Your post comes across as very disingenuous. Why do you think that is? Maybe because your technique fails you and your craftiness is transparent.

Currently Tymoshenko plays no real role in the governing of Ukraine. She played her Kuchma card and rose to be an Orange Revolution heroine. For all intents and purposes that was the peak of her political career. She is smart enough to recognize that while she and Yushchenko were fiddling, Ukraine's economy was free-faliing. In the real world Tymoshenko and Yushchenko are out of the game.

So let's get down to the nitty gritty.

Docc, you are very likely one of the citizens that voted a hoodlum into power. What part of your body did you use to think that a criminal personality would make for a good president? I am very curious and would love a straight answer from you or anyone else who voted for him.

UNA-UNSO has worked with Tymoshenko in the past, and former leader Andriy Shkil is one of her close aides; so this is not to be a surprise

I never did understand the bitterness and back stabing that went on between her and the previous president. Perhaps because it was hard to filter the truth from the lies? It could not have been orchestrated better by Putin himself to split the vote or no vote at all and get his man in. I think there is other canidates in the wings that Ukrainian people can trust and put their support behind once again and turn the ship around from dangerous coarse she is headed on today.
