wow! tymoshenko looked so worried after verkhovna rada confirmed changes in electoral legislation of ukraine! now precinct and district electoral commissions don’t need the quorum of two thirds of the commission members to be authorized for any decisions. you know, that’s a good thing because now tymoshenko won’t be able to use this ruse to influence the process of election. i hope that this time the election in my country will be held truly democratically.
