Why does the West need Timoshenko so badly?

Why does the West need Timoshenko so badly? I’ll never believe that she is single democracy guide in Ukraine and that’s only her who’s able to guarantee observance of human rights only and other democracy things. This is just a cover.
Look, it’s relates NATO, which is presently going through a bad stretch! It’ll be enough to remember that NATO takes part in most worlds’ conflicts but some its members don’t want to take to the field and prefer to execute just supervisory function. That’s why West needs now controllable Ukraine as major supplier of cannon fodder. And of course the western partners know the only key Ukraine politician now claiming the presidential chair who rushes to NATO – Timoshenko! If she comes to power Ukraine soldiers will fulfill military tasks in the fields! Dowe need it? I’m sure that Timoshenko can pay huge enough price to get power in Ukraine, lives of young Ukrainians as well!

I dont think tymoshenko would join NATO but CIS and allow Ukraine participate in peacekeeping missions with other CIS states.

geographically it makes since for Ukraine to join CIS.
