I still think it is a private contractor becuase they can employ various nationalities with different speacilties.

I am not dening there were ukrainian military instructors, but i think they would have showed them how to use and maintain the equipment and then go back to ukraine.

Russian captured 20 georgian soldiers in the port city of Poti after they were trying to deliver back american made humvees to the U.S. And Russia still has not withdrawn after its third peace agreement. hint hint hint.......Nato. Take some military action.
