If Hillary goes independent she is displaying the worst traits a politician can display, sour grapes. She is in a party for many years, her husband was President and was in that same party. It would be hypocritical of her to go independent if she doesn't gain the endorsement of the party and would show she is NOT interested in America but is only interested in her blind ambition.

Storm,

Very true.

I think is is clear by now she will be endorcing Obama.

From talks I hear that they had a meeting in private but they did not discuss VP.

Will be interesting.

Question. If you lived (and were a citizen) in USA would you go for Obama if you were a Clinton supporter? Would you not vote at all?

Yea,

I shall not criticize Clinton like I did Edwards for all this endorsement nonsense.

There is a small chance she might still run.

I would vote for Obama cause they are in the same prty and it is the party that decides things in the long run.

As for voting at all, is5512 told me he took offence at my suggestions that Americans shouldn't complain if they don't even bother to vote. I still stand by that so I would vote regardless of who was running. As long as a peace of paper goes through from me my feelings can still be made know even if I do not like any of them. If more people did the same as I did then maybe the parties would stop putting forward the type of people they do and give the people an opportunity to vote for people who were really worthy of such a position.

Storm,

A few points

1) I wish is5512 came back, I just started to learn stuff about him.
2) About not bothering to vote. Here is my view. You are correct in that "no vote = don't complain" but take another perspective at it. On the poll it does not say:
a) Barack Obama
b) John McCain
c) None of the candidates are qualified and will tear this country apart.

What if both of the candidates stink? Would you support a cause that will have a negative outcome in the end? Ex. If you had a choice of killing a person, 10 people, or not choosing, what would you pick?

That's my view. Now I still think that in a crucial decision like this, people should vote for McCain just because he will know what he is doing.

3) I do not support the 2 party system. It forces people to make a choice that is insane. Look at what we have now. Hillary was forced out just to save the party. She is more qualified than Barack and McCain, yet she just had to do what she did. Also, many people have been democrats for years. They are used to just voting democrat. And many will just stick by that.

Comments?
