is5512,

I never listen to talk radio. I wouldn't know how Glen is on the radio, but he talks about it all the time.

It seems this lady never gives up. Right, it's not over 'til it's over.

Obama lost the primaries in Puerto Rico:

Quote:
Obama had a total of 2,071 delegates in The Associated Press count, including 17 from Puerto Rico... leaving him 47 short of the 2,118 needed to clinch the nomination. He also gained the support of two superdelegates during the day.

Clinton has 1915.5, including 38 from Puerto Rico.
What's up, men? The guy-revolution is not supported in poorest regions of America? Oh mine.

In fact, they didn't vote because they even don't know well who he is.

It seems he never appeared among those people seeing them just from the dark windows of party limo. He never fought for them in reality. He never smelled that air.

The army of unhappy ones doesn't know who its colonel is. Quite eloquent.

"Che can't meet you, folks. He swims in Hilton hotel pool."

Okay, so dont you just love whats going on. I am glad Hillary is going to fight this through.

I hope the superdelegates do not commit yet.

Did you guys hear about what happened on the Democratic Commition?

They stole 4 delegates from Hillary and they gave Obama uncommited votes. I am glad she will fight it and I hope they raise the delegate limit like they should. Give Florida and the other state a FULL vote.

Obama didn't campaign too vigourously in Puerto Rico. He is setting his sights now on the general election, and Puerto Ricans don't get the vote there. Also, Hillary has goodwill built up from visiting the hurricane zone while first lady, and convincing her husband to pardon a number of Puerto Rican terrorists.

The 10 poorest states -

Kentucky – Clinton
Idaho – Obama
North Dakota – Obama
Oklahoma – Clinton
South Dakota – to be held June 3
New Mexico – Clinton
Montana – to be held June 3
Louisiana – Obama
Arkansas – Clinton (Bill Clinton's home state)
West Virginia – Clinton
Mississippi – Obama

But, this is a simple argument, really. Results are dependent on caucus vs primary states, states which historically had racial tension vs those that don't (and the African American vs non African American demographics in those states), the weighting of votes (delegates are awarded in higher proportions to those states that typically vote Democrat).

So, it is not so simple.

They stole 4 delegates from Hillary and they gave Obama uncommited votes. I am glad she will fight it and I hope they raise the delegate limit like they should. Give Florida and the other state a FULL vote.

That fight is over. Florida and Michigan were told not to move their primaries to January, or they would be stripped of their delegates, and chose to do so anyway. The half vote is a compromise.

Obama's name was not even on the ballot in Michigan. In fact, Clinton was the only nominee (which included all the candidates at the time) whose name was on the ballot.

Clinton agreed, all the way through until she was losing, that Michigan and Florida should not count. Her position only changed when she lost the delegate count.

It was a Michigan senator who proposed the split, which is based on the number of Michigan voters who voted "uncommitted" rather than vote for the only name on the ballot.
