Russia Not to Enforce Friendship Withdrawal on Ukraine - Kommersant Moscow This one is really important. From what I just learned Ukraine and russia are in a "Friendship" treaty since 1999. If Ukraine gets Membership Access Plan (MAP) {required for NATO membership}, russia is saying that it will pull out of the treaty. So what, once we join NATO russia will not be our friend? I will not take threats from these guys. The sooner we end this treaty the better. Forget them. Ukraine is in so many agreements and coalitions and treaties with russia its not even funny. They need to end all of them. I learn about a new one every day. P.S. I may be reading this article wrong. Please let me know if I am. Who is State Duma?

Yes, sad that Ukraine wantend to be nice to everyone and give everything away.
We didn't get to keep much. Lesson of the Day: Let us at least keep ourselves in one piece. Stick together. Otherwise we will end up with almost nothing. ;-)

I just thought of something, Ukraine still has Scuds and SS-21 Scarab left, they could use those to disable russian nuclear sites.
