They pretty much look the same in Belarus, Russia and areas of sub-ethnic ukrainian minorities. But I think Ukraine and Belarus are the most common areas to use traditional dress for a wedding.

Yes, I also liked these traditional folk costumes presented on the referenced photographs; they still can be noticed in some parts of Poland with Ukrainian minorities. Poland itself presents a lot of diverse regions, with much difference in colour and arrangement. Mountaineers living in high mountains in the south of Poland are particularly careful in preserving their old tradition which pays well because the tourists like these dresses much and Tatra mountains are chronically overcrowded with "lowlanders".

Greetings Silkrem, have you changed your e-mail address by the way? I can not contact you for weeks already. Wszystkiego dobrego!

To expand here a little, the website to the Sanok Open Air Muesum provides details to different sub ethnic polish and ukrainian minorities in Poland. The website explains lowlanders and uplanders and various histories and architecture.

Muzeum Budownictwa Ludowego w Sanoku

here is a wiki entry.

Also correct me if im wrong but the tatra mountains are in the targ region. A little history here, during WWII gorals were one of a few polish groups able to serve in the Wehrmacht because Himmler believed these people had german ancestry.

wiki entry about gorals and shows pictures of traditional dress similar to ukrainian traditional dress.
