I have tried obtaining an online residential telephone directory for your city and short of yellow pages for business, I have yet to locate a White Pages. Are you familiar w/any? If so, may I please have the URL. If not, can I make arrangements w/you to obtain a book for me and I will refund you cost of directory and post? I am in New York.

It's easy for me to call a local info center and ask them for the info you need

In fact all sites and phone books are in Russian.
I haven't heard of English versions.
