it is a call out to you to back up your post. Say you were in the military, went through the training did a few friendly exercises with other countries and came back to tell me "Ukrainian military is good - we placed 2nd out of 10 teams bla bla bla". That would have been a worthy post. Your post had absolutely no significance, so I used irony as a way to convert your post to humour. No hard feelings.
