Oblapy/Kovel Cemeteries

Hello, I am looking to hire someone that lives in Kovel area that could go to Oblapy and Kovel cemeteries to take pictures of some family members tombstones, that is if they still exist. Does anyone know where I can look to hire such a person??? Thanks
