Thanks, guys, for your replys, but the point is that you seem to have no idea about german embassy in Kiev... Once you see it and you understand that it has no sence even to try to do anything by yourself... Believe me, i tried one time to get a guest visa and it was hopeless... I had to do it in an other way. But now i have to deal exactly with german embassy. In order to get something from them you defenitely need a help from lawyer or consulting company... And my question was if anyone from you knows where exactly i can find such legal help or at least consulting???
Thanks guys. Best regards, Lena. |

Lena,
What you need to do is go to the embassy with a German. Preferably the German you're going to marry. If you're not doing this I would imagine the German embassy will have you tagged as an economic migrant. Why ain't your future husband sorting this out for you? If you need any further advice and I can only give in ref. the British embassy please email me. HTH Vlas |

Ms Lena,
i have only been to Germania once, and that was only for 3 nights(Nachi Corporation in Herdt).I considered the Germans too be dilligent, precise populas of people, everything is done in quad-triplicate,so im just guessing ,but i think you have too request a pre-application form, there they check basic backgrounds like Passport History, reasons for visit, whatever. What did you declare to customs upon arrival.....was it buisness, family or personal,if you picked personal, you have declared that you have every intention to leave germany,in the aloted time.If this is the case, you will have to go back to UKR,declare to UKR Embassy that you have no intentions of returning, state this upon recieval of your ticket(or when you board) and upon arrival, provide customs the appropriate forms, then go to the UKR Embassy, get the forms,or wait until you get those forms or arrange an interview, and take it from there. Now the hard bit,you have to "prove" to the State Of Deutchsland that you and your fiance have been having a relationship for more than twelve months.... This will have too be backed up by things like:regular visits to the state,dated/timed photographs,2 or 3 testimonals from persons involved who witnessed the development of your relationship, family testimonals help greatly,a sign of economic independacy,a certain amount of money in your account(very important)previous employment references, and the hardest of all, personal statements. These are the hardest, because if stories conflict, and you miss one bare minimum requirement, its auf weirdersen, austa la vita, next time.... If you are having problems with forms in germany, get the UKR embassy too send them direct. But please check this for yourself, there is a need for a specialised firm to handle this huge task(and it is a huge task)and it could take months.... but you will just have to follow the process of elimination, but good things come for those who wait. They will be expensive, but they will be able to give you a better representation, and in Germany, that counts. But you must check the procedure first, and even though you have applied for Perm.Residency, you W I L L be classed as a "work visa".Peace. HomerJSimpson |
