I've been just wondering what "the best" means to you? The prettiest and nothing more?
That's not much I would say.
By the way, I've met some Ukrainian people, and I can say that they're very nice and friendly, however the girls' make - up is a kind of scary!

As for his English...it is a different story.
but i will say that he is improving in English...I know what i am saying, cause I was reading his very first messages...
And they were...awful in sense of Grammar.
