Help! Visa Denied

Hello everyone. Anyone wise on Visas? My cousin was denied a visa to the United States, from the Kiev embassy. Divorced, early 50's, children & grandchildren, & job all in Kiev. Any suggestions. Need her here to help take care of mom.

My advice is keep trying. Every interview is a new ballgame, although there is of course a new application fee, as well. The same interviewer who denied the visa last month might grant it this. It is totally arbitrary, their decision to make on the spot, with no appeal. Sorry my country does this to citizens of yours (and others).
