I'm not Ukrainian, but have travelled and worked in Ukraine and Russia for quiet some time.

I'm Canadian with Irish origins and 36. Have also worked and travelled Africa extensively.

Of course it's discrimination, any preferance is a discrimination of sorts, but it takes for someone to feel discriminated for it become a problem! In this case, I think the problem is Uliana's because she is minimising her prospects. Not that I care - I'm just talking about ideology. I have been fixed on different races heaps of times.

I'm not Ukranian, so...

I guess that's all you needed to hear.
