Try to find my old firend - I lost contact

Hi, I try to find my old friend (from 2-years soviet army times) mr. Roman Kutsev (Pomaн Kyцeb). He was originally from Donetsk, Ukraine.
We served together in Riga, Latvia (soviet army military base 16767) 1985 - 1987.
I am really glad if someone knows Roman and has his contact.

I am from Elva, Estonia.
