Want to check a address in Lugansk

I want to check out an address in Lugansk to send a letter and parcel to,i wonder if any one knows where i can check this out ,or can check for me the address is either 42/42a/42B Idustrialniy Street or Industrialniy Street back street or side street .I would be grateful for any help in my quest and how i would address the letter/parcel

I do not have a Lugansk street map, but I have looked on Google maps that clearly shows a 42 Industrial'nyi Lane in Lugansk. Where there are intermediate 'A' locations they are clearly shown. However only 42 is shown and it is the last building in a row before the corner of Karbarov'ska str. I will ask my girlfriend's son if he has any knowledge of this area.

If the problem is in sending a letter then the best option is to go to a post office that services this district and ask someone there. It may happen that a building is new so it is absent on maps or does not have a number on maps. If you do not know which post office you need or do not want to go there you may ask in any post office in Lugansk or use a city inquiry service.

There is also an option to send a "poste restante" letter to any Lugansk's post office, then tell your addressee the address of this office, he/she will come with his/her passport and receive the letter. Anyway ask about this in a post office in Lugansk.

I have been pointed in the right direction for this address it is Industrial'nyi Lane,I sent a letter but it did not arrive,i sent it from England and addressed it as we would in England and in English.I have been adviced to find what district the address is in and find the code for that district.I would be grateful if anyone could tell me tHe district and code,plus how i should write the same,in English and in Russian,

Ukraine should be in English for the benefit of the british post system. I made the mistake of sending a greetings card to my girlfriend addressed in English only, and it never arrived.
Ideally you should also have the post code. Do you have the recipitant's name?
