1) Why do you translate into Russian - We are in Ukraine, aren't we???
2) Why do you use English order: [house number] [Street name]???
It is then read as if it were 42th Lane.

Should be:

Thanks for your correction in my attempt to assist Roy with his address problem, it was only my best shot with my available resources. As for why do I use the Russian language; well I'm aware of your displeasure about the use of the Russian language, however Russian computer translators are more widely available, and secondly, you must be aware that Russian is the predominantly spoken language in Lugansk whether you may like this or not.

Russian is probably widely used in Luhansk in conversation, but in postal correspondence Ukrainian is so far the only one language allowed
