looking for online administrator in ukraine

I am looking for online administrator for my dating site in Ukraine and Russian speaking countires.

The position is for dating and matrimonial website.

This is a free website but soon we will be charging the members.

At this moment, members are allowed to write whatever they want in their profiles but once we start charging our members, they wont be allowed to give out personal info like telephone numbers and email addresses in their profile. Once the member complete his/her profile, the profile will be reffered to the online adminstrator, who will go through the profile to see if any contact details has been given in the profile, if so the admin will delete the personal contact details from profile and then approve the profile.
Online Admin will also delete obscene, racist comments or anything else which is against our policy.
When the member make his profile, it should be approved by the admin within 24 hours to appear on site.
Therefore the online admin will be required to check the awaiting profiles every 24 hours, preferably twice eevry 24 hours. Online admin will be paid 1.35 Emirati Dirham for approving
one profile.
We are recruiting 5-6 online admin at this moment and we hope that every online admin will be able to earn minimum 70-80 US Dollars per day. To earn 70-80 US Dollars per day, you will need to spen 3-4 hours per day online.
Profiles will be automatically forwarded to the individual admin depending on his/her geographical location in the world. For example if there is admin in Dubai, then all profiles from UAE and possibly from Arabian Gulf will be forwarded to him and if there is any admin in india, then all profiles from indian will be forwarded to him.If you are in Ukraine, then all profiles from Ukraine will be forwarded to you.

We are just looking for the prospective online admin at this moment. However it will take few weeks for us to start charging our members.
