Looking for Ivan Adeev from Ukraine

Hi,
i have been trying to contact a certain individual who is living in ukraine. Specifically, I am interested in locating Ivan Avdeev. He is in his mid twenties, and was born in Ukraine, but specifically, i am not sure which region. I do not know the exact town or city he is currently living either. From what I understand, at one point he was a known model, but has not been as of late. I know this is a long shot, but I am hoping someone may know or have heard of this person. If you are able to assist, or if this name sounds familiar, please message me.

Do you have phone directories for each City?
Police service used to provide such information for 20 kops/capita. I once paid UAH 20 to get data on 100 persons bearing the same name - 68th attempt hit the nail on the head!
Today, they charge UAH 10-20 per document and demand confirmation of the applicant's connection with the persons sought.
