Looking for a woman with a heart

Hi, I'm Carlos. Born in Cuba, but I'm a American.During the 2nd half of the sixties, I lived in St. Petersburg (Leningrad) and had lots of friends. Some of them have pasted away, but in particular I've lost contact with a dear old friend by the name of Larisa Frolenkova or Larisa Bujanova (I don't remember the patronymic). In 1970-1971 she had finished studies (English and Spanish) at the Language Institute near Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburg. Later she left to her home town down south near the Black Sea. Her daughter's name is Alenka and I think she studied in Ukraine and she should be about 35-36 years old.
Need help to reestablish this old friendship. I know that this is like finding a needle in a hay stack, but I think it's worth a try.

LOCAL OPPOSITION LEADER ACQUITTED
On November 21, the Zhodino, Minsk Region, City Court acquitted Alexsey Lapitski, who was warned for dissemination of printing production that does not contain the information about publisher under Art. 172, para 3 of the Belarusian Administrative Code, reported Viasna Human Rights Center. On September 27, the police detained Pavel Krasovsky, a juvenile member of the organization, while pasting the Boycott 2000 stickers. The policemen forced the teenager to sign a police report claiming he received stickers from Lapitski. Judge Larisa Frolenkova dismissed the case under Art. 227, para 6, of the Administrative Code, which annuls the prosecution of persons previously accused of advocating the boycott of the election.
