I am wanting to get a message to a woman in the city of Zaporozhije. I was wondering if anyone lives there or near there? I have contacted her through a service but the service is so slow. It takes three weeks or more. I am not even sure how easy it is for her to get access to a computer and the internet.
The service I am going through says many times internet access isn't easily available to some people that live in the Ukraine.
