My name is Tony Ness. I was born in Zhitomir in 1938. Germans took us out in 1943. First labor camp, then DP camp. We came to USA in 1951.
I served in US Army for 21 years. 3 tours in Vietnam. 1st tour as an infantry man. I retired from the army in 1982. Any Afganistan Veterans want to chat about life of a service person in a war zone? My e-mail msgness@qwest.net My born name was Anatolyi Nesterovitch. I now live in St Paul Minnesota USA. I still speak a little Russian. Tony Ness |

Anatily,
I'm not a Afganistan Veterans fortunately, but may I ask you: do you think these wars are alike? If "yes" by what perameters? I know some Afganistan Veterans. Many of them are people with a broken state of mind. They didn't receive in time psychological aid. Did you have a talk with Chechen servicemen? If "yes" what's your opinion? |
