Try freepersonals.ru. No agency to weed out the scammers though. Be on your toes but there are some good women there I've been told.

Don't discount the agencys. They serve a purpose if they play fair. Yes they want your $$$,, It is a business afterall. But a good one will watch out for you since you'e the one paying the bill.
