Anyone from Chernivtsi, or more specifically Drachyntsi?

Hi, I am a Canadian that speaks no Ukrainian looking for friends to chat with, preferably in the Drachyntsi/Chernivtsi area. My family is Ukrainian and originally from this area and I would love to know more about the people, culture, and everything else.

grandfather left any family members back in Ukraine.There is grate chance I might know some of theirs

I have discovered that I have a second cousin, once removed still living in or near Drachyntsi. That means my Great Grandfather and his Grandfather were brothers. His name is Pavlo Tokar, is around 50 years old and has 4 children ranging in ages from a 14 year old son to a 28 year old daughter with two more in between (21 and 16). Pavlo is the only Tokar still living in Drachyntsi from my understanding. His children are in other cities now I tihnk.

Do you know Pavlo or his family? I'd love to know if my Great Grandfather and his Grandfather had any other siblings.

Thank you for getting back to me.Yes,I know Pavlo,he was a coworker of my father years ago before my dad's retirement and before business was closed due to economical crisis.I remember Pavlo visitin my dad at our home,but I don't know his family very well,because they live in a neighboring town called Hlynnytsya.I allready asked my dad to find information you are interesting to have,hopefully it wouldn't take him very long
I was visiting my family in Drachyntsi on May of this year,I wish I would know about your search sooner,but I still hoping to help you.

Pavlo and I have already exchanged one letter each, and I am awaiting his second. Pavlo doesn't have the internet so communicating is quite slow. If your Dad has any information that would be great too, especially if he has any photos. What is your Dad's name? I will mention him in my next letter.
