Looking for someone from Kiev

I am looking to meet someone from Kiev in particular, or in the surrounding areas.

I'm looking mainly for a female friend, but not for what most guys go after. Just friends. I am thinking about visiting Kiev some time, and would like some info on the city itself from someone there, and not from the web-sites, and travel agents. Thanks.
