Pen pals from LVIV needed

Hello, you all.
I'm Valentin, from Bucharest, Romania, 25 years old and i've never been to Ukraine(I know, i know..... my mistake, but i will rectify that). Now, with a little help from you, i hope I will find the major reasons why i should visit Ukraine. I was told that Lviv is a great place to visit and I'm looking forward to find pen pals from this city.
