Buying Ukrainian Postage and Stamps

Does anyone knows where I can buy Ukrainian Stamps online? I am trying to send self addressed envelopes to friends in Ukraine.

Hello There,

What you could do is purchase International Reply Coupons from the US Post office. They can trade those Coupons in at their local post office in Ukraine for postage of one letter. I think the limit is 1oz. You can find out more about them on the USPS.com website or in person. I hope this helps.

I was thinking about that, but the remote Village I am sending the envelopes to does not have a post office only a pickup box which is why I was planning to buy the stamps only. The person has no transportation to any of the nearby cities.
