Hello, my name is AmBuer. My husband and I adopted our daughter from Odesa last October. We were so busy doing the adoption formalities that we did not have time to tour Odesa or buy souvineers for our daughter. We want her to always know where she is from, and learn to love her Ukrainian heritage. Is there something that Odesa is really known for, or certain places that are famous there? We want to put some pictures in her baby book of Odesa beyond the orphanage, our apartment, and the walk to the orphanage. Is there a place online for Odesa specific souvineers or pictures I can print or buy copies of for her baby book? We are hoping that adoptions open again by the time we are ready to adopt next year. We loved Ukraine, and the people were very welcoming. Thank you for looking, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you, I am just so upset that we didn't get to do anything while we were there. I mean we were right on the balck sea and didn't even get to see it.... So hopefully I can make some friends around here and they can help me find some Odesa stuff for our daughter.
