And remember Ukraine - almost nobody in Ukraine has insurance, doctors don't get salary in time, equipment is mostly bought with money given by some fundations or just presented for free like some Americans or Japanese do...

CJ is correct. In Canada we do have universal access to health care, and an infinate amount of patience waiting for it. Luckily the government is kind enough to deduct sufficient tax from my paycheque to cover the costs .
