You too can blog!

Three nights ago a very fair and pretty young lady came to visit my family and she had to pass the night in the house, because she missed the ferry to cross the sea to Port Harcourt. So, she decided to browze. I noticed that she loved surfing. Because, she took over the desktop computer for hours and only stopped surfing for supper. Then, she returned to the computer whilst I was busy reviewing blogs. I asked her, "Do you blog?".
She looked at me with a blank expression.
" I mean blogging?"
"What is blogging?" She asked.
That was how I introduced her to blogging for the first time and created a blog for her.

This very attractive young lady is well educated and went to a university in Nigeria and she has been exposed to the Internet for over five years now. But, she never knew about blogging until three nights ago.

Is it not ironical for a graduate of a Nigerian university to be ignorant of blogging?

Blogging is highly beneficial to the millions of Nigerians who cannot manage full web sites such as this one. A blog is just like an on line diary of your private life or work life. You can have a blog just for your on going projects in script writing, pre-production, casting, directing and story-board or just for the fun of it. Just to amuse yourself and others.Blogging can be very entertaining.

Blogging will help you to develop your materials in an orderly manner and you can ask others to comment and sample their opinions.

I have seven blogs so far. And many other Nigerians have blogs like the Nigerian Bloggers.com and about seven are on BlogExplosion.
I use most of my blogs to promote our achievements and to correct the erroneous misleading reports on Nigeria and Nigerians in the virtual world.

There are over 20 million blogs. But I am afraid that Nigerian blogs are not even up to 100! Imagine the most populous country in Africa, with over 140 million people and over 10 million of them have mobile phones. But most of them are still Internet illiterates.

I want everyone in Nigeria who can blog to do so right away.
You have a lot to gain from blogging.

Sola can show you how to blog. Because, Sola is now a veteran of the Internet. I just started blogging three months ago. And I am already a notable blogger in our blogosphere. I have received over 5,000 unique visitors and only 20 of them are Nigerians. In fact, I am using blogging for public relations and social marketing for my audio-visual projects and work-in-progress books. The comments on my Kisses & Roses blog for literature are helping me to prepare my second anthology to be released before Christmas.
The bonus on top is the regular flow of income from the adverts on my blogs.
Yes. I have per by click adverts on my blogs. And my international fans are increasing daily from all over America, Europe, Australia (my blog designer Michelle is from Malaysia and living in Australia), Asia and some from Africa.

The name Orikinla OSINACHI is very popular in the blogosphere.

Here is the post from the hottest Nigerian female blogger in blogosphere Nneka who is in the UK. Check out her Nneka's World on

She is too hot.

Right on my dear!
Bush has been the worst thing that has happened to America in a long time, i tot they learned their lesson with Nixon, but no they go and elect a Dumb, fluffy head man, whose only priority is how to better his life, and steal oil from other countries. I must say ever since katrina broke out i have refused to watch the news cause the little i watched was so disheartening and it made me cry! So i tuned off, then to top it all off the M$%%%%%^^& flew over New Orleans with the AF1 and pointing i was like what! But if its to go to Iraq and struggle for what is not his, he would climb down from the plane, bulletproof to the max and shake hands with the oil people, what a case!

The sad thing is that His whipping boy Tony Blair our esteemed prime minister is trying to play with fire as well, instead of him to stay in the UK and find out how he will decrease the levels of teenage pregnancy, lower our taxes, cause i tell you they tax us like mad!, increase security and guard his country, he followed bush to fight "war" and when they hit london he was like why? Oh well i hope that the americans learn from this experience.
