Time, time, time...

Why is it said that all times are Ukraine local time if shown time is eight hours fast of Ukrainian? It's a Eastern Australian and Far Eastern time. Would anybody explain? Thank you!

Are they confused? But you're right, if it's true that Spanish people think Ukraine is situated near Australia (if they heard about Ukraine at all) than it's quite a precise time.
