Nobody is gonna bother Benda Kathy but your micro manager skills are symbolic of a female indeed. I always wonder why women are so quick to jump into anything as to micro managae all situations where a man can sit back at most times and let the river flow without worrying about whether a drop of water is touching a tree..lol

Leave it to a woman to try and cover 600 places at once and at the same time have trouble covering the ideals that got her to that place in the first place..lol
