But, they have fooled so many people.
I happen to know one of the latest victims. A fellow bloggger who lost $5,000 (five thousand dollars.)

How could one win lottery when the person did not participate in it?

The winning notification does not bear your name. So, one should know it's phony!

Yahoo is most guilty of being used by most of these Internet scammers.
I mean the easy access to the Yahoo free e-mail accounts. I thought they were meant to make one to upgrade to the better secured e-mail accounts. But, since they come as junk mail. You can stop them.
