What are some things that make you smile? This will help, I promise.
Here are a handle full of things that make me smile in no particular order:

the smell and feel of clean bed sheets
a hot bath with candles lit all around
making love
my husband (sometimes)
hanging out with my one year old nephew
making someone else smile or laugh
when I do something brilliant(of course)
expressing my creativity
music
talking about fond memories
the holidays
nature

I've been trying to connect with nature today , by sitting on a grass and watching clouds fly by, and noticed that they make me smile too
