Greetings,
John is a very unselfish, very intelligent
person. Yesterday, he called me to say that
he has no choice but to leave Ukraine.com.
He was emotional when he told me that someone
has been spreading vitriolic gossip about him and his family through E-mail and through the chatroom. I will miss John. He is true friend. If someone feels that he or she offended John by tacky behaivor, a sincere apology might repair the damage. Those of you who know about this behavior, please administer what ever amount of character guidance is indicated. On the other hand if John is acting unreasonable, he should be advised of that also. I have the feeling that John is not a mimosa. I enjoyed reading Johns postings, I will miss him. How do you feel?

Dear Folk,

I am flattered by these postings, and equally embarrassed. I am given to accept that the concerns I expressed to Bill were born of a kind of misunderstanding.

It is my preference to maintain a respectable distance from much that goes on here, and evolves from here.

I enjoyed the topics more when contributions were issue or topic specific, rather than person specific, except for normal give and take. I have strong views about fraudulent contributions, though I understand that that is more common to all discussion boards than I earlier believed.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm not angry. I may choose to contribute in the future, as I see fit. In all cases, I wish you all good fortune in all things. I've certainly enjoyed the association.
