My Ukrainian girlfriend slapped my face

In one of my visits to Ukraine, I brought with me some DVD movies. One night after my girlfriend and I finished watching an American western cowgirl romantic movie, I leant toward her and tried to kiss her. She slapped me. What's going on? Is she crazy? What did I do to deserve a slap from her? Within seconds she grabbed my head with her both hands and gave me a long passionate kiss, before I could clear my whirling sensation and recover from her shocking behavior.
I don't have a lot of experience on relationships, so can anyone help me understand my girlfriend? Why did my Ukrainian girlfriend slap and kiss me? Is this some kind of game for her? I think she took advantage of my innocence. Where did she learn all these stuff? Hollywood? She's only 18. I didn't know any of these stuff when I was her age. I need help, guys! I want to show her that I too can play this game. What shoud I do? Did any of your girlfriend slap and kiss you before you can blink your eyes?

your girl friend is testing your level of maturity in handling a relationship,mostly with your lover.What you could have done is to snub her kiss and walk away from her prescence after the slap,......slapping her back may score you a fowl game,as you are to love her even when she misbehave,but walking away will tell her how much you love her and how less you esteem carnal and false love.

Thanks preciousola for your insight. I am just too inexperienced about girls. My Ukrainian girlfriend kissed me right after that slap in my face. I didn't have enough time ( or too slow ) to react.

If she slap me again ( I hope it wouldn't happen again, but ricardo said it's a habit for many Ukrainian women ), I will use the b**** word and walk away to show her how angry I am. On the other hand, I am worry that she won't let me sleep on her bed that night if I react that way. In all honesty, I don't know if I have the will power to resist her.

Do other board members have different ideas?
