Retraction and Apology

On more than one occasion, I have offered to provide verification of my ministerial credentials upon request. I have now been asked to do so. I am informed by my ecclesiastical superiors that I would be unwise to comply, and never should have made such an offer.

I am now in the position of having to retract an offer made in good faith, with the best of intentions.

If there have been things in my behavior or my words, as someone has suggested, that casts doubt on whether or not I am indeed a "man of God," I can only say that I will review my deportment over the last two months and try to do better.

A man of God I am, but I am still just a man, and have made significant mistakes. For my errors in judgment that may have caused some of you to have less confidence in "men (and women) of the cloth" in general and me in particular, I offer my most abject apologies.

I will try to conduct myself with more wisdom and decorum in the future. Please, give me a chance to redeem myself.

Here we go again Jutka.I had already apologised to you twice in two different boards either directly in the thread Questions to Lilly and Friends and the other in the russian .com indirectly.You remember you asked me "what is your problem with me" when I posted about you learning to become more polite.I immediately apologised to you if I had offended you and All I asked was I too expected to be treated the same way.Then go back to what you used on me a word disgusting.I fully agree my posting in one of the boards could have been offensive to some but it was never my intention to be vulgar, it was suppose to be a non-vegetarian Joke.You took it otherwise but I retracted it immediately by apologising to you as well as to the others by aknowledging Lilly's action to delete my posting.Wasn't that indirectly retracting and apologising in a way by me.But you have never aknowledge your inpolitiness when you used the word disgusting on me.Do you know how it hurts that word disgusting you used on me? Jutka all i am trying to say there is a more polite way to do it if you feel offended by someone. There is a more polite way you can say when you feel offended but not using words such as Disgusting.
