How do you feel torwards Asians?

I'm Vietnamese-American and I wanted to know, first, how you feel torwards Asians. Could you be good friends with an Asian or fall in love with one? Secondly, are there many Asians in Ukraine?

I love Asian people. Most of them have certain deepness that Americans don't have, but I don't like those Asian kids, who rejects their old cultures and try hard to be like Americans(baggy pans and baseball hats); then they become some kind of freaks who don't know who they are anymore.
Most of Asian I've met vere smart and interesting. In Ukraine we don't have much of them, but we have a little bit of Vietnamese and Korean people.
I think anybody, including Ukrainians, could fall in love with Asian person. It takes time though. I have a lot of Asian friends and we're fine, so far.

I think an attitude towards a person doesn't depend on the nationality.So,Asians as the rest of the people can be loved and respected.Though I haven't met much of them,I personally don't mind meeting them,having friendship or any other relations.

Yenji, I think a lot of people are predisposed to liking, and trusting, Asians. In Ukraine, as Yulia said, we have number of Koreans, who put together very interesting small enterprises for the manufacture of a spiced carrot product that is sold in the markets. They are very hard working, very trustworthy in their dealings. They have very strong families, and don't get drunk. I think Ukrainians would find you interesting, and would be attracted to your fundamental decency, and would treat you especially well.

I got many asian friends in New-York, most of them Chinese or Korean. Talking to them is almost same as talking to Ukrainians, I think asians are a lot like us.

this topic is quite interesting for me.
Now i live and study in the international college, where there are a lot of asians,as well as other different antionalities. So, i have my own ideas about these people.
First of all, i live with a chenese girl in the room.She is great,though she changed a lot since i met her at the first time . Japanese and Thai are so SWEET!!!
You know, we have a common idea that asians are not as corrupted as europeans, and they feal embarrassed to talk openly about such things as for example, sex, so they are rather sensitive about such things.
Concerning Vietnamese, they are rather shy and ...surprisinly like russian music.
