chechnyan orphan in Ukraine

The 2/6/2000 edition of the New York Times magazine ran a photo-story of Chechnyan orphans being brought to an orphanage in the Ukraine. My wife and I would like to find the location of Aysa (the Chechnyan girl profiled)with the intention of adopting her. I have an agency willing to help me if we can locate what orphanage she was brought to. Can anybody help us in any way?? Thanks
