Can you help me in my research for my undergraduate dissertation?

I'm researching the formation of national identity and its representation in public sculpture for the Island of Tears in Minsk, Belarus. This commemorates those who died in the Afghan conflict, commissioned by their mothers. There is a corresponding statue for the Ukraine by the same Pavlov family - can anyone tell me where it is or information about it?
