Here's your public apology. I'll post a private one to your e-mail. My impression of these agencies, obviously, is not good. For your help, it's very difficult to find out if it "exists" or not. It is not likely to be a business with a storefront or anything like that. I respect your intention to meet someone in Ukraine, but perhaps the agency is not the best path. An indicator would be the fact that money is being requested to establish an internet connection. This raises lots of questions, in fact too many to list. Without cynicism, but as a practical matter, I would suggest keeping money out of the equation until some of your other questions (you have many) have been satisfactorily answered. A rough translation of my other replies (which repeated due to some elctronic glitch) were, indeed, cynical, and I will cover it by e-mail. If you are a decent person, you won't be offended. Good fortune to you in all things.

Thank you, your apology is excepted and appreciated. And your advise is appeciated as well. I will take this into concideration.
All though, I have begun corrospondance with the young lady. I can only hope that it is not a scam. Wish me the best of luck, if you would. I don't mind helping others, it is when I am taken for the fool that really bothers me.
I will stay in touch and let you know how it goes.

russgc,as for the creditbility of the
agency i could not say.what i do know is
that they are expensive,not only for their
use of computers but for translation services.if the one you are corresponding
with is sincere,she will find the means to
pay for the usage and services the agency
provides.as we say,been there,done it and
have the t-shirt.i still correspond with a
person.i have cut back on the mail due to
the cost of the agency(on her part).
i have learned a lot and still learning.
being from the usa,i've taken a lot of freedoms for granted.give a hollar back if
interested and i will fill you in on what i
have learned.
