Powerful point, Zhenya. Terrorists thrive in the atmosphere of freedom that the rest of us, regardless of nationality, grant them. Russia is trying to solve a problem, and teach a lesson. I know it's not "politically correct" to say mean things about a nationality, but I don't like Chechens. They comprise the scariest elements of what is called the Russian Mafia, and practically invented it. My son and I were intimidated by a bunch of them on the street in Kiev once. They're really pretty nasty people. They moved from discussion to guns and bombs pretty quickly in their independence movement. Nothing they do can be described as "clean." Their terrorism in Moscow is disgusting. They only respect brutal force. It's all very tragic, the price in innocent lives. But Russia is responding correctly, in my judgement.

To Zhenya2000: I tell you why all people think that Chechens made these terracts!
At first - The FSB proved this information and they are sure in it without any doubts!
At second - it happened during the war in Chechnya and Dagestan!
At Thirsd - even Basayev and Hattab admitted that fact!!!
