Hi! Yevgeniy! I agree with you that Nikolayev is the best city all over the world, and you know I was born there in 1983 in Roddom near "Koloc" market. You know, there are not so many changes in this city. Only Tramvais don't work very well. I visit Nikolayev each summer. Have you heard anything about Zavodskoy rayon. I have many friends there.
