Not much, russians rented navy in Sevastopol but the city is still regular Ukrainian city.

Well, some people are smoking cigarettes. Yes, definitely there are people smoking cigarettes. Some people are drinking vodka; just a given.

There are some couples out by the beach smooching. I hope the police go out there and thunk'em on their noggins.

Over by the boulevard, there is a cafe and people are drinking a drink I believe is called "coffee". Yes, in fact I have had some coffee myself today, and I am not even in Sevastopol.

I surely am glad that you have given us the lowdown on Svastopol. You did not mention, though, anything about hanky panky or spunk dunkin. That ain't happenin' in S'pol, huh?
