I have found a great book at the Barnes & Nobel Bookstore called
"Ukrainian-English, English-Ukrainian Compact
Dictionary"
It was priced at under $10. This would enable you to say all of the things that you want without being mis-understood. I could help you say these phrases if you where here as my husband is Ukrainian and still speaks it, but it's hard to write a translation. I don;t want to get it wrong.
