Phone to Ukraine from abroad. Need help, please

Hi all,
My girlfriend is Ukrainian and she wants to contact her grandparents there. She left the country 9 years before. The city is "Gorlovka" and she told me that there is a system called "Commentator" or something like this :-} and I'd like to learn that "Shahta Rumyantsyevo" commentator number.

It's also OK for us to learn the number of "Stirol" Chemical Plant.

We would appreciate any kindly help.
