Average day for a 20-something Ukrainian?

What's life like for a young adult in the Ukraine? Are the jobs and colleges much like the ones in America? I am Ukrainian in name and heritage, but don't know much about my relative's former homeland.

The majority of Ukrainians finish school at the age of 16. Then go to college for about 4 - 6 years, depending if you want to get Masters or not, so by the age of 20 some of them are almost done with school! and some are not
